Comfortable Conditions in Transit During the flight, pets are placed in the cargo hold where the temperature is consistently maintained at a comfortable 70 degrees Fahrenheit, mirroring the cabin temperature for passengers. Additionally, pets are given priority handling, being the last to be loaded and the first to be unloaded from the aircraft.

Temperature-Regulated Shipping We register your pet for delivery one day prior to ensure they are transported under optimal temperature conditions. Post-booking, you will receive a comprehensive communication from us, including the flight number, times, and specific pick-up location.
Pick-Up and Follow-Up Upon your pet’s arrival at the designated airport, you will be required to present a few forms of identification, such as a driver’s license or insurance card, along with the airway bill number provided by us. We encourage new owners to contact us promptly after receiving their pet.
